Each Pearl96 piece is handmade with intention and care. Many of our garments are made to order or created from reclaimed materials, making each piece unique.

Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Items

Due to the custom nature of made-to-order pieces, all made-to-order sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for made-to-order items unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and measurements before placing your order.

One-of-a-Kind & Ready-to-Ship Pieces

All sales are considered final.

Because Pearl96 pieces are handmade, reworked, and produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

  • Delayed shipping caused by the carrier

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Sizing & Measurements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements when required.

Pearl96 is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted during checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, production may have already begun and the order can no longer be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
